People come to this site with things they haven't told anyone — sometimes not even their family. We take that seriously. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and whatever you choose to share about your dental situation via our contact form or WhatsApp.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic — pages visited, general location, device type. This is aggregate data, not tied to your dental information.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to respond to your request and, when you give explicit consent on a form or in conversation, to route your request to independent dental providers in Colombia.
When you consent to provider matching, we may share the contact details and case information you submitted with up to 3 independent dental providers so they can contact you about evaluation and quote options.
We do not sell your personal information as a data product and we do not add you to mass email lists. We may receive referral compensation if an introduced patient books treatment; see our Terms. We do not share your submitted case details outside the provider-matching process described above except where required by law or needed to operate the service.

Photos of your teeth

If you send photos to help a clinic assess your case, they're used solely for that assessment and shared only with the clinic reviewing your case. We don't publish patient photos, ever.

Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own encryption and privacy terms in addition to ours. We treat everything you tell us there as confidential.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use this site or contact us.
